There are more and more licensed community radio stations popping up in the UK. All community radio stations rely on volunteers to manage the station and produce programmes. The station is always looking for new volunteers to take on a number of responsibilities. To ensure that experiences are rewarding and satisfying for listerners, volunteers and the station as a whole, we would prefer that all volunteers, regardless of experience, complete a training programme.
